Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at the following pick-up points starting at 11:00 AM:
• Mataner Brot in Neumarkt: Largo Municipio 37, 39044 Neumarkt/Egna – Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Fruvit OHG in Auer: Hilbweg 1/G, 39040 Auer – Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please pick up your order within these times. No refunds will be granted for late or missed pick-ups.
Do Lyn's Kitchen accept meal vouchers?
Currently, meal vouchers can only be redeemed for office deliveries to registered companies. Orders from private individuals with delivery to fixed pick-up points must be paid online and without vouchers. I am constantly working to simplify the payment process and offer new options.
Am I obligated to order when I register?
No, registration does not obligate you to place orders. It is simply a step to make the ordering process quicker and easier for you in the future. You can place orders whenever you want, with no obligation.
How can I plan my order?
You can plan your order directly online, selecting the day and delivery time that works best for you. If you’d like recurring orders, I can also set up a personalized plan for you. Just contact me for more details!
Are there new dishes every week?
Yes, every week we offer a new selection of varied and healthy dishes. Let me know if you particularly liked a dish, and I will happily include it in the weekly menu again!
When will my lunch be delivered or ready for pick-up?
Delivery takes place between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, depending on the location. Pick-ups at the delivery locations are also possible during this time.
What are the dishes made of?
The dishes are vegan or vegetarian. I focus on fresh, homemade ingredients and strive to maintain this. However, if it is necessary to use frozen products, I ensure they are of the highest quality.
How much does the delivery cost?
For businesses/offices: Delivery to the office is free for orders of three dishes or more (e.g., to Auer, Egna, and Laghetti).
For private individuals: Individual dishes can be picked up at fixed pick-up locations. This delivery is also free of charge.
Can the containers go in the oven?
No, the reusable containers are not oven-safe. However, you can heat them in the microwave without the lid.
Why don’t the reusable containers state that they are microwave-safe?
The reusable containers are microwave-safe when filled. However, since they cannot be used in the microwave when empty, this is not indicated on the containers.
What are the containers made of?
The Greenbox reusable containers are made from a composite material of natural fibers and bio-polymer. They are made from 98% renewable resources and have a natural antibacterial effect. These containers are microwave-safe (when filled), dishwasher-safe, and freezer-safe. They are also free of BPA and other harmful substances. For disposable containers, I use kraft cardboard or other recycled materials, which are also recyclable.
Do the dishes come hot?
No, the dishes are delivered cold. You can either enjoy them cold or heat them up in the microwave as desired.
How long are the dishes good for?
The dishes are good for up to three days when stored in the refrigerator at 3°C.
Can I order individual dishes as a private person?
Yes! Private individuals can order individual dishes and pick them up at fixed pick-up locations. The minimum order applies only for office deliveries.
How flexible is the ordering process?
Orders are possible until 9:00 AM on the day of delivery. You can choose flexibly between a one-time order or planning several orders in advance.
How fresh are the dishes?
All dishes are freshly cooked every day and delivered chilled. That’s why orders are only possible until 9:00 AM on the day of delivery.

Is cutlery included?
Upon request, disposable cutlery is provided. However, dishes are usually delivered without cutlery to avoid unnecessary waste. This way, you can enjoy the food with your own utensils – so bring your own fork to the office!
When will the reusable containers be picked up?
The reusable containers will be picked up with your next order delivery. Please rinse them briefly with water after eating to avoid unpleasant odors and keep the containers in good condition.
How are the reusable containers cleaned?
The reusable containers are pre-washed and then cleaned with a professional commercial dishwasher.
Are there additional costs for the reusable containers?
Reusable containers are typically used for regular orders or individual subscriptions. If the containers are not returned, a fee of €5 per container with a lid will be charged.
When and where should I register if I need catering or am planning an event?
The earlier, the better! Simply contact me via WhatsApp, email, or phone and tell me about your plans. I’ll be happy to provide a non-binding quote and create a menu for your catering, tailored to your wishes and ideas.
I have special needs, allergies, or intolerances. How can I specify them with my order?
You can indicate your special needs, allergies, or intolerances directly in the notes section when placing your order, or it’s best to contact me in advance to ensure that everything meets your requirements.
